All categories listed above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. Mobile information may only be shared with service providers or subcontractors who assist us in delivering the messaging services you have requested, and solely for that purpose.
5. SMS/Text Messaging
5.1 SMS Data Collection
When you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us, we collect your mobile phone number, your consent to receive messages, and the date and time of your opt-in. We may also collect information about your interactions with our text messages, such as opt-out requests and delivery status.
5.2 Use of SMS Data
We use your mobile phone number and SMS consent data solely to send you the text messages you have opted in to receive, which may include promotional messages, account notifications, match alerts, activity reminders, and other informational messages related to our service. We will not use your phone number or SMS data for purposes unrelated to the messaging program you consented to.
5.3 SMS Opt-Out
You may opt out of receiving SMS/text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, we will send you a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. If you wish to re-subscribe, you may opt in again through Enkidu. You may also opt out by contacting us through the support channels provided in the application.
5.4 SMS Data Retention
We retain your SMS consent records, including your phone number, opt-in date, and opt-out date, for a minimum of four (4) years to comply with applicable regulations. Message logs and delivery records are retained in accordance with our standard data retention practices.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:
